Once the renowned captain of a duneship, Ra lost everything on a bad bet and ended up with nothing. Lack of coin won't keep him down long, though... he's much too clever and selfish to remain in poverty's grasp.

He was initially planning to backstab the motley group, but he's found that he's safer in numbers. . . . And there's a unique kinship amongst the cunning vagabonds that he didn't even have with his own crew.
