"Oa is a dragon much like Wendigo. He hunts and hurts, but perhaps he is not as far from a dragon as the beast that he follows is. He regrets some things, and some nights still cries for those lives that he has ended. He only wishes that the hunger would go away. He never meant to eat that small unmoving thing, as he didn't realize what it was...

He dreams, still. Could be tamed if a dragon brave enough decided to attempt. Perhaps even this unfortunate soul could be purged of the inner beast that forces him to consume the flesh of other dragons, slowly driving him mad and chasing him further from his own dragonoid nature.

Still, be cautious of him. For when he is near, so is the beast Wendigo, along with the vicious familiar that he carries. Two dangers linger around him. One, of course, being more deadly. A simple familiar would be easy to take down, but the beast that he is the disciple of is far more dangerous. "
