 MERCURY Thief | Travelling Dragon This dragon is a tricky fellow, obsessed with jewels and gems, always thieving. He will travel out of the territory to “collect” things for himself. When things in the area turn up missing it was most likely him. Yet, here in this clan, he is accepted and treated as equal. The dragons of his mixed up clan are the only ones his slippery claws refuse to touch. Quick on his feet and cunning as a fox, this wildclaw has yet to be caught. Who will be struck by his thievery next? ~ |

It wasn't gems or treasure that Mercury thieved from the Tempest's roost. Well, not just that anyways. It was the gloves that drew him into the small clan; a nocturne wandering around on his own, wearing the crimson rogue gloves. Even the name implied that they belonged to Mercury. The theif couldn't help himself- they had to be his. And so he decided to befriend Myron, the plain looking nocturne with the pretty crimson gloves. He wasn't a bad dragon; Mercury came to find out that he had spent his whole life in the clan where he was born, but was considering moving on to see the world; this was something he could relate to. After all, there was a rush about traveling, finding new things... and then stealing them, of course. He found himself eyeing the gloves once more. the need to take them growing stronger by the minute. But he managed to wait until later that night. Myron, admiring the newfound friend and traveler, had asked him to stay the night. And that made for the perfect chance to take what was going to be his. It was the dead of night that Mercury made his move. The Nocturne had removed the gloves before drifting off to sleep, making this an easier steal than normal. With an excited grin and a gentle apology to the sleeping dragon, he was off again to seek riches in the next unsuspecting clan.
