Heat from the neighbouring Ashfall Waste warmed the normally cool earth.
A dark gray snapper took seeds from her satchel, tossed them into the whole she created, and covered the seeds with soft moist dirt.

Cumulus Mane

The snapper took a cumulus mane from her satchel; Using her wind powers, she carried herself into the air. She pulled the mane; A raincloud formed and poured it's rain down to the snapper's garden.
She flew back down to the ground and admired her work. Soon she will have fresh plants and produce.
