Rinju

Rinju's charge, her former mate, was lost in a tragic incident involving several mages. She tried to protect him from harm, but she ultimately failed; her mate was murdered at the hands of cultists, while she lost half of her mind from the strength of the magic she endured. She used to be warm and forgiving, but she's become cold and distant. She's incredibly distrustful of magic users, and can be quite hostile towards any that attempt to interact with her. She would much rather be as far away from Arcane territory as she could, but she wants to try and track down the cult that attacked her and her mate. She would do anything for revenge, even if that means temporarily staying in a clan mostly comprised of magical misfits. She doesn't really make friends, but there are some that she would say she hates less than others. Rinju has sworn off of finding another mate, and instead focuses all of her time and energy growing stronger so that she can exact justice on those that wronged her.
