B I O G R A P H Y
______ Constantine loves to care for the hatchlings in the Lair. A nurturing and confident drake, Constantine is certainly the perfect choice for the job. He's always allowing the hatchlings to climb and play all over him and is always smiling. He's extremely disapproving of Vitale, a drake with a penchant for getting hatchlings A. without permission, B. placing them in danger, and C. (the most heinous of all) teaching them to fight, manipulate, and steal. Despite all of his shenanigans, Constantine is enamored with the Skydancer and would do most anything for them. His beloved calls him, "Connie," and they are the only dragon that is allowed to do so. No exceptions. Constantine will become flustered if another dragon calls him by the nickname, and he will gradually grow angry if the offending dragon continues. He has more patience for hatchlings using the nickname, but he has very little patience for the older dragons of the clan. ______ Constantine is a dragon colored by his experiences. For a majority of his life, Constantine was at war. One left forgotten in the annal books and went on for far too long, the Crucible Wars. This period of bloodshed was a horrifying experience for all Imperials. Constantine was disgusted by the actions perpetrated on both sides. He worked as a medic, never one for combat. He worked tirelessly but grew weary of all the blood and death. Constantine, after several years in the field, deserted his comrades in the dead of night, guilt heavy in his heart. He's never been able to find out the victors of their war. Constantine wandered for many years in search of something to fulfill his need to care for others. He was taken in by Haldana and found that she had many hatchlings to care for. Thus he began to care for them. After his recent move he has continued to care for the various hatchlings and sick dragons who populate Diamoor. ______ |
