The Playful Trickster

"At the end of the day, I know that I make my living by dressing up, fooling around, playing pranks and giving people a good time. I am enjoying the ride."

Lotte has lived with her clan her entire life. She hatched here, grew up here, and earned her reputation as one of the best pranksters in the Dragonhome. There is nothing she enjoys more than a good laugh, and yet the best pranks are the ones that everyone can enjoy. This is where Lotte excels.

Her first big prank was to sneak out of her nest one night and with single minded focus that only showed when she was setting her pranks, she snuck around, taking every single book that belonged to her clan and carefully stacking them into a tower, complete with a stairstep along the side. Her clan, after several minutes of surprise and awe, while she laughed to the side, eventually demanded that she show them how she did it.

Her next big prank that was not on a random passerby, involved several months of planning. She took the time to purchase several bits of pottery and an broken art, hiding it away, until she was ready. While everyone was out celebrating at one of the festivals, she carefully replaced all of the vases and art in the clan, leaving just a pile of the broken pieces behind. It was three months before her clan let her play anymore pranks.

There was once, that while on an errand, she swapped out half a dozen eggs from a nest with beautifully polished rocks. Not one to be unkind in her pranks, she took very careful care of the eggs so that they would not be harmed. Luckily for her, the leader of that particular clan was a bit of a trickster himself, and ended up laughing more than scolding. Rumor is that he kept one of the beautiful stones as a reminder.

Her best prank though, involved every single hatchling in her clan. With stories and bribes, she convinced all of them to help her paint the lair with several beautiful colors! The colors were muted, but it gave the lair a unique look, and it was something that the entire clan approved of. The clan did eventually pay her back though, sending her favorite hat to various clans, and having them mail her pictures of her hat on various dragons all over the world.
