MEANING OF NAME: The name Nathaira originated as an Scottish name. The name Nathaira is most often used as a girl name or female name. In Scottish, the name Nathaira means - snake.


TRAINER/CARETAKER: White Grizzly



Nathaira Is the result of an experiment from injecting Red Tailed Boa Constrictor genealogy into her own. After a few months of intense testing, her white metallic skin began to transform, along with some of her behaviors. The metallic like appear of her skin started to dull, only to change to very soft and small scales covering her body from head to toe. Darker white markings began to emerge along her body, the metallic nature of her skin had left to be replaced with the pattern and texture of a Red Tailed Boa Constrictor. She also became very sensitive to the heat, her body flourishing in a hot or warm climate. She finds that her body starts to shut down in colder weather.

Her sense of smell has heightened, causing her to become very sensitive to the smells of her Clan. She can usually tell who a dragon is just by their sense of smell before she sees them. However, her eyes have shifted to where her eyesight is not the greatest during the day, her sight foggy and watery like. Because of this she prefers to be awake and hunt at night, even taking care of her batches at night. She does have a she cycle, where her old skin dries out and begins to peel. Because of this her eyesight gets even worse, her yellow eyes becoming milky and distant. Her attitude gets worse during her she cycle, causing her to be agitated towards mostly everyone in her Clan.

Early on it was discovered that any dragon that was experimented on could pass over these genes to their young. This does not bother Nathaira as she does not see the changes to her genes to be bad, sometimes she feels as though they have helped her. She can be outgoing but only if she knows the individual, otherwise she can appear shy and stand offish, preferring to be left alone. If provoked she can become dangerous, instincts kicking in more so than reason.
