- Hatchling Biography

It took altogether far too long to realize that Cinnamon had been orphaned; with how little the other permanent residents of Ever-Autumn saw her family in general, and how well cared for she seemed to be, it was almost impossible to tell anything was amiss.

At least, until the smell from her parents' shack started to spread.
Nobody could quite place what exactly happened; how two perfectly healthy young adults could just drop dead like that, with no signs of struggle, poisoning, or anything of the sort.

And they certainly didn't understand how their child had managed to thrive in spite of it.
She were too young to hunt, speak, or... do much of anything but toddle around, really.

When the townsfolk's efforts to find a logical cause of Whisper and Murmur's deaths were exhausted, they were forced to consider that the forest itself had rejected them fully - that the two had somehow offended the spirits to such an extreme that they paid for it with their lives.

Heron ordered their shack, their bodies, and all objects within burned to the ground, and Cinnamon was raised communally, most residents keeping a bed set up for her and alternating nights so they could keep up with their own work.

It became clear just how the young imperial had remained so healthy after being orphaned when a string of break-ins happened to the dragons who were looking after her.

It seemed the forest had been looking after her in its own ways, as a spotted faun had taken it upon himself to be her caregiver - and thus was panicked and furious when she was suddenly taken away.

Once this all came to light, an arrangement was made so that the faun could watch over her as her familiar, and thus accompany her amongst her draconic brethren.

She began her passion for dance early, toddling along to her beastclan friend's flute.

- Adolescent Biography

Cinna grew to be a passionate ballet dancer, and Tialla's prized pupil.
She throws everything into the art of dance, and works tirelessly to meet her teacher's nigh-unreachable expectations.

Though bold and dynamic when dancing, Cinna is shy to the point of being unwilling to speak during "casual" interactions. She doesn't much recognize it, but Tialla often speaks for her to spare her the anxiety.

Only Duster has really managed to befriend her, as he is more than happy to chatter through her silence.
