Prefers to be called Khran: "It's shorter and it's a bit strange hearing me full name said out loud like that. Every time I hear my full name I just mutter to myself "crikey, forgot it was that long"" - Khranakamokra when asked why he prefers Khran over his full name.

Khran loves his parents, but his father was the one who took care of him the most while he was growing up. As a child he'd take Khran and his brother, Bakash, hunting with him: teaching him how to hunt properly and why they do it. His brother went off to a water clan after he became an adult and settled with a lass called Labrusca, supporting her and their four children using the hunting skills he gained from his father. His brother then went on to join the water regiment, exalted to serve under the Tidelord. His name now rests on a list of the dead, but Khran made sure to get him buried in father's garden.

Khran worked with his father up until a few weeks ago, lately he's been working overtime, trying to spend money so he can move. He feels like he's ready to start another chapter of his life now, and that starts with moving to the Pirates Heap, and saying farewell to Comet Aura's clan. Of course, he'll visit from time to time: to lay flowers at his brother's grave or to spend time with friends/family.
