Biography

Eggmate: Valkyrie

Leif was the first hatchling born into the new lair, in the beginning it was just him and his parents.
Having no clutchmates to interact with he took very early to sneaking off whenever Frannie took a nap. This led to him being named for a famous explorer from tales of yore.

So often was he away from the lair that on the day he was to be declared an adult he was nowhere to be found for his own ceremony of growth. The growing Lair, which had by now added a couple of new dragons, set out to search for him.

Eventually they found him, tending to what had been the reason for his frequent visits to the forest, a hidden glade, dominated by a single large tree in the center, but overgrown with vines, and shrubs that Leif had been diligently clearing away.

Seeing the potential beauty in the glade the adults helped him and between them they finished clearing all the cluttered plants leaving just the main tree with room to grow and flourish. As the last light of the sun shining through the canopy laid upon Leif's forehead he took on the mark of the glade itself, his very skin changing to show the favour of the glade.
