The sweetest, the purest, answers to Perry.

Perenelle, or Perry for short, fancies herself an alchemist. Even though her lairspace has some charred stones as proof of her learning experience, she doesn't let a few small explosions stray her from her goal. Her goal: being able to make huge explosions. She is a very sweet snapper who owns an impressive collection of books; her stash consists of tomes about alchemy, science, and a handful of romance novels. She won't let you borrow those, though. There are also cookbooks and perfume recipes in her personal collection. Let no one say she ain't got diverse interests. Her lairspace smells perpetually of raspberries as a result of a potion gone very, very wrong. No one complains about it though, it is a tasty smelling lair. Perenelle keeps an extra set of bedding for any hatchlings who want to spend the night, and since she rarely sleeps, she's always willing to tell old stories or put the hatchlings to bed by explaining alchemical procedures to them. Riveting. Aside from things that go boom, Perry enjoys making scented candles, and other members of the clan bring her ingredients in hopes that she'll make one for them. Jars of dried stuff, powder, and reagents line up the walls of her den, but the honeysuckle scented candles remain the most popular ones. They just come easy to her. Perenelle's heart is completely taken by her partner, Poe, and the two of them enjoy each other's company the most. Even though Poe has close to zero understanding of alchemy, he loves poetry and literature and spends his afternoons lounging in their den, reciting short poems to Perry as she risks the integrity of the lair, one cauldron at a time. Perpetually wants more hatchlings. |
