______ A fitting name. In Hebrew, the word Azazel means the ‘scapegoat or total removal.The Bible uses Azazel to refer to the sacrificial goat, which helped atone for the people’s sins. More recently, Azazel became to be known as the goat-demon. Other terms that refer to Azazel include the infamous ‘Angel of Death’.
Azazel was hand picked by Erebus and Corium, when she wasn't imprisoned, to be the next heir of their Plague born kingdom. Even though he is still very young and has much to learn, Erebus see's him as a promising aspect to the kingdom.

______ Azazel doesn't question the morals of either of his adoptive parents. But leans closely to Erebus's view of ruling. Unfortunately Corium didn't like that very much and took to attempting to eat the poor hatchling. Leaving the young dragon with many open wounds and scars. Scared he fled to the depths of the Kingdom caverns where he stumbled upon Fafnier. Shaken with fear, he finds his footing and approaches her weakened state. She lends him some of her bandages and tells him to come back when he's healed before sending him back the way he came.
Corium attacked him again the next day and again he returned to Fafnier who each day taught him the tomes of the Plague Mother, giving him the proper knowledge to nurture the Western Wound.
He can currently be found in Fafniers Cavern, usually studying or honing his claws for Coriums next attack.
