 "Gale is often found deep in the confines of a massive storm. The twisting gusts and blazing lightning give him a thrill like no other. However, his interest is in more than thrill seeking. He uses his love of vicious weather to record information on storms. He is able to predict the paths of storms and can even catch storms before they develop and warm nearby dragons of the path and severity of the storm.

When he first showed interest in Gambit, dragons warned him that she was too much of a storm for him. She was something to be feared. But Gale would hear none of it, and his respectful and cautious approach won Gambit’s heart."
