![]() Background: Azizeal was born and raised in the Viridian Labyrinth, under the shade of the Behemoth. Members of the Strawberry Juniper clan visited Azizeal’s home clan often to establish peace and trade, and eventually he decided to live with them. It wasn’t a big move, but it thrilled him. Over time and after creating a long legacy, he began to hope for adventure once again, this time a much grander one. ![]() |

Off to See the World:Azizeal was never the type to settle down, so when the grizzled spiral wandered a bit too far from the Strawberry Juniper Clan (strawburytom, #368812), he decided to continue on his way and venture into the big wide world, knowing he would return someday. If ever you feel the need to exalt, Azizeal would really appreciate if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the “Dragons off to See the World” thread here. This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful!

Lore (feel free to add as much as you’d like!)
Saying Goodbye, Strawberry Juniper Clan, January 2019
Azizeal watched his granddaughter from a distance flutter around the meadow with the other hatchlings. Her bright blue scales sparkled in the sunlight and it made Azizeal smile, though there was also a sad tug in his heart. There it was again. The feeling that there could be something more to his life. That something was missing.
He turned to his son Sporalnge, who was intently watching the energetic hatchlings. Sporalnge held another of his children in his claws as the hatchling napped peacefully. “Son?” Azizeal cleared his throat.
“Yeah, Da?”
Not one to avoid hard subjects, Azizeal quickly said, “I think I’ll be off soon. Within the next few weeks.”
Sporalnge looked taken aback. Azizeal was known throughout the clan as ‘Grandpa’, he carried that name with pride, truly embracing the role and treating every dragon as close family. “I understand,” he finally replied. “I’ve known it since I was a hatchling myself, you’re an adventurer, Dad. I’m just glad you were here to raise me right; we’ll always be here when you want to come back.”
Azizeal eyes began to well with tears, but before any more could be said, Zeppinersa and the other hatchlings charged to where the two were sitting, shouting “Grandpa! Grandpa’s the evil sprite!” This awoke Huemiren from his nap and soon Azizeal was covered in a pile of giggling hatchlings, all thoughts of the difficult previous conversation already fading.
