Stabby was initially built by Oswin to be a cleaning robot. Then, Pidge and Eiffel decided to... personalize it. Basically, Pidge gave it a love of chaos, and Eiffel strapped a knife to it. Thus was Stabby the Robot born. Stabby and Blessie ended up getting along very well. Stabby defends Blessie's main roots. Blessie decorates Stabby with flowers. They both learned how to make scrap-metal robot hatchlings with seedlings of Blessie powering them. Oswin regrets everything.
According to some dragons, it gains the rank of any dragon it stabs. This means that technically Stabby holds the position of clan leader, due to the time it stabbed Storm. It has not managed to stab Buffy yet, but it has tried. Oh how it has tried.
