Riza
Clan Ashbough's Leader, Mate of Tao

Riza was the runt of her birth clan, hailing from a small group of fae dragons who made their homes in the Ashfall Waste. She was often very clumsy, and easily pushed aside by the rest of her clan mates, due to being slightly smaller than the average fae female. They often teased her, and even within her own species, communication was often a difficult thing for her. She was more interested in studying the way the world worked, and the way the clans kept balance then crafting or metalworking, even though she had a natural talent for it due to her flight alignment.

Eventually, Riza couldn't take the way she was treated anymore and decided to set out on her own. She was determined to show her birth clan that knowledge was important as well, appointing herself as the Flamecaller's scribe, studying the properties of their precious metals and recording them down. She even keeps track of the things that her clan has made out of metals, writing them down, recording and experimenting, creating innovative things. Travel was difficult for her, and only in her most desperate moments did she meet her beloved Tao.

Together, the two dragons forged Clan Stoneflame, staying well within their flight's homeland.

Despite how much she was mistreated, Riza is a kind soul with a golden heart. She can't resist helping those in need, even if they have a difficult time understanding her. She's a bit too motherly and overbearing at times, but all in all, she's appreciated and loved within her own clan.

Although born among the ashen flame, she now resides in the lush verdant labyrinth of life, surrounded by vines, hills and the songs of the wild. Her life was forever changed, that faithful day that her best friend, leader of a valiant water clan, offered her one sprouted egg...

She still considers herself a scribe, however, she now documents the growth of the plant life around her, number of species present, and the best ways to grow her garden. She even documents how well plants spring back after burning them, making sure they are stronger than ever in their second, third or fourth life.

Riza feels that her birthclan is her true home, but the forests of Nature were where her heart is. She also has major respect for the members of Earth Flight, recognizing importance of the past.
