Scatha

Scatha is the Clan Elder, and the only surviving member from before the Mancer clan's great regime change. She had survived through the dark days of increasing food shortages and mass hysteria of exalting, her survival has earned her the respect of the entire clan and a permanent spot on the dragon council. She took Panini on as her charge when the little hatchling first arrived in the clan around the end of the clan's dark days. Scatha has always taken this as a sign of Panini's rightful place as clan leader and will defend her from all opposition. She remembers the history of the clan and will re-tell stories of ages old if asked kindly. Scatha was born male but identifies as female.
