Prophet of Jubilant Life

DiamondFeather dwells within the Darkwood forest that lays in the Protectors' territory. She has an ethereal aura about her and she can put anyone at ease. She is the oldest dragon that calls the glades home, other than Mellaniphe herself. As such, she can sense even the slightest change in the environmental magics that flow freely throughout the area. She was gifted the knowledge of prophecy by the Lifebreather, and was dubbed the Prophet of Jubilant Life by his graceful hand. DiamondFeather knows that Lifebreather has returned to them through Thistle, but she also knows better than to share the news with those outside of her forest. They are not ready for such knowledge.

She is the mate and professional partner to Virgil, and she is more than happy to gather peculiar foliage for his research. She even has a little sanctuary tucked away within the thick woods where she cares for them as if they were her own hatchlings. While she loves all of them, her favorite would probably be the one that sings and mimics melodies that Audra sings. They are very shy, so you can only hear them if you sneak up on them. But the effort is worth it for DiamondFeather.

Cassius, as well as the majority of the dragons that live in Darkwood, call DiamondFeather the leader of the Protectors of the Glade. She does not accept this, however, she is very flattered by their incessant suggestions. In her eyes, there should not be a leader for the Protectors. But to the other Dark Wood residence, she would be a much better leader than Doc is.


Protector
