IN A CAVE EDGED BY ICE...

A long time ago, before Cobalt moved to the Shifting Expanse, he lived in a cave far away, near the Southern Icefield. Weary of travel, he paused in a cave which sparked his love of history and information. Along every wall was a myriad of carvings, in hundreds of different hands and scripts. From the tiny etchings of fae to the elegant scripture of well-learned Imperials, it seemed that every dragon, of every kind, had at some point passed through to write their stories. Their history became his, as he inherited the mantle of the dragons that came before him, spreading the story of a family found. |

| When Cobalt moved into the Shifting Expanse to settle down with Wisteria and her clan, he dedicated his remaining years to recording the stories of those carvings. Every year, he makes a return visit - sometimes with children, friends, and colleagues in tow - to show them the spark which led him to his future. |
