Role: Matriarch | Founder | Leader of the Clan
Eglantine used to be really joyful and happy-go-round when she was a hatchling but as she grew up she started to became silent and solitary as the rest of her clan and siblings started to exclude her because of her unusual big size. In these moments alone she used read a book or scrolls or to go to the top of her parent's lair and wonder how was the world out there. When her wings became strong enough, the time came to abandon the nest and flew wherever the wind took her for a long time, fulfilling her dream of seeing all the places Sornieth has to offer. On this journey, she met another Fae dragon named Elvin, and they started to travel together (it was more like he started to follow her everywhere, always trying to start a conversation but she just ignore him... until one day she accepted the fact she was not traveling alone anymore, and that he always made her smile or giggle and more important, he didn't care about her size, he just wanted to be her friend). Eventually they fell for each other and later began to search for a good place to make a Lair and start their own family. The wind brought them back to the place they were born, the Zephyr Steppes.
She became really mature and wise with this long travel, so even if it was difficult at first she has become really good at the management of the Lair. As the leader she always has the final word over the clan’s actions and everyone respect her leadership (Elvin thinks is because of her uncommon size for a Fae but she thinks is because she accept all the dragons in the lair with no questions). Besides this, every major task such as the defenses or search for food have certain dragons that act as chief of the job and were designated by the Matriarch herself and must report back to her.
