Freezerius, along with his mate Coalasko, bored out a cave into the low-class lands of the tundra, and settled down. They were the ones that started it all. They gradually invited dragons to their clan, eventually stumbling upon Clematis and getting an idea: why should the clan be in a toil over money, within itself? They should be one, united group for the good of everyone in it. So, they did just that. They made Clematis the icon of it all, and named their clan The Serpent’s Children. Many dragons have joined their cause since.

A common joke of Coalasko’s is that Freezerius’ Charge is the treasure hoard. He denies this every time. It’s actually Coalasko herself, and she knows it.

Freezerius remains calm and collected to outside eyes, an unwavering icon of stability; behind closed doors, he’s as much as a control freak as Coalasko is— he just hides it better.

Freezerius and Coalasko may keep their outward appearances all nice and friendly, but behind the scenes their true main task is only shown to Clematis (and unfortunately, Omen, before the Unseeing Uprising was formed) as the puppetmasters holding the strings. The cause is simply given out through the spoiled spiral, masked as such a great thing for all of dragonkind. That everyone should be involved... until they cannot contribute. The cause given to the others is uniting the different flights, all elements and species together, dragon or beastclan. No wars. No skirmishes. No rivalries. Just everyone working together to show the others what can be done as a unit. But, the true goal is much more selfish; Coalasko and Freezerius only wanted power. Two lone dragons is not much, but sixty? They’ve gained power, and with it immense wealth. So, for now, they’re contented. Those two runaways and whoever they manage to desperately scrounge up won’t be a threat- they are simply incapable of defeating a single dragon in the cult. The time will come when the warriors of the Serpent’s Children will fight other dragons claw to claw, but they’re already overprepared for such an event. Flavio will make sure of it.
