xxxxxxxxxx Like the rest of her family, Auramist had never left the Southern Icefield before this journey. She spent her time in the growing clan doing odd jobs around the caverns, mostly sticking to her grandfather Brookshine's side. Many in the clan noted that she often acted as a carbon copy of him. They were often seen tending to a plot in the cavern gardens together, although it should be mentioned that there was more mudpie making than actual gardening going on.

When her beloved grandfather decided to go on one last adventure, she insisted on being by his side until the end. That end came sooner than expected. He died defending her and she hasn't been the same since. Now, she carries his pearl in the hopes of returning it to his birthplace in the Tangled Wood. Where before one could find an easy smile and eyes crinkled with laughter, there remains only grief. Shortly after her grandfather, she lost her aunt and father as well.

Burdened with their memory, Auramist now travels with Sandsneer and a few other interesting characters as she remains resolute in her journey to the lands of Shadow. 		xxxxxxxxxx
