Araclor is the founder of the Snowsquall Clan, and the nominal leader, though to many of her clanmates she is little more than a myth. She spends nearly all of her time exploring distant lands with Askarel, her mate and warden, following what she claims are visions granted to her by a frozen southern wind. Whether the others of the clan believe this or not varies; some think she's quite mad, a perception she seems unbothered by. What is certain is that she has a keen sense of where to find resources and recruits for the clan... and as strange happenings occur more and more often around the Wintergale, it seems like Araclor can seek out the disturbances more quickly than anyone.

On a personal level, Araclor is flighty and distant. She tends to attract loyalty more than affection. Whether one believes in her visions or not, her overall guidance of the clan speaks for itself, and few would speak against it; equally few would ever call interacting with her enjoyable. Pursuing her visions takes precedence over personal relationships or even basic manners, and it isn't uncommon for her to break away from a conversation without a word to chase down some new premonition. The clan itself, rather than any individual, is her concern. This is not to say she doesn't care for individuals—she'll stop at nothing to fulfill the needs of her clanmates, from securing a particular food source to recruiting a whole new combat team. Making friends simply isn't in her skillset.
