Capricious thunder and an attunement to the weather are a dangerous combination in a young dragon. Feisty in every way her mother is not, Lightning spends her time flying with and/or creating thunderstorms, preferring to act out her innate connection with the weather via an intricate and dangerous dance with the heavens themselves.

Needless to say, this causes some conflict with others of her clan- her and Slick have butted heads more than once in regards to the effect her habit has on the safety of the young dragons he is supposed to teach the ways of flight, necessitating the intervention of the proud clan leader Thornir more than once. Impulsive, impetuous, and feisty, nonetheless Black Lightning is not an adversarial dragon and usually yields easily to her clan leader, whom she greatly reveres and seems to have quite the crush on.
