Matriarch and founder of the clan, Caicias is a moderately-sized Guardian with an enormous drive to get to the top -- literally. With hard work she has successfully brought a fledgling clan of dragons from all walks of life to a breezy living among the clouds. No small feat for a Guardian born without wings! (But fear not -- the Windsinger himself has blessed her with a phantasmal set of smoky wings)

Unable to learn any sort of magic for herself (it's genetics!), she has taken to filling her clan with witches and warlocks of all sorts, from those practicing strictly traditional forms of elemental magic, to those who practice the more mundane magic of charms, potions, and simple spells. Caicias knows her limitations, and knows how to work around them.
