Orphaned from her hatchday, Sulkthroe was abandoned by mistake when her birth clan was picking up and moving lairs in a rush. Left behind to hatch in an empty nest without another soul, the Gladekeeper took pity on her and guided a young Guardian to the nest site. He protected the egg and ensured it hatched with no problems, and from then on raised her as his own. Growing up on the move and isolated from other large groups of dragons was rough, but Sulkthroe was able to learn valuable survival skills from her adopted father and gained a deep appreciation for the importance of having other people to rely on. No one can do things alone.

Shortly before adulthood, her adopted father perished. Rather than sink into despair, Sulkthroe vowed to keep going the way he taught her. She could use this experience to propel herself forward to help others. Through the years she gathered many like-minded dragons to her and began to form what is now a thriving large clan deep in the Viridian Labyrinth. 		xxxxx
