Calm and soft spoken, Devishtari is the founder of Clan Isisdoro. Knowing that unity is key for a well running clan, she gives certain roles to trusted members with input from Devmotu and a trusted council. Working and living as a unit is important for her, and she often gives dragons second chances. Dusk is a key example of this.

She is often seen with Devmotu, as she is his Charge. He is one of the few members of Devishtari's trusted council, and she seeks dragons that will not be too overwhelmed by living permanently in the Arcane realm's influence. However, no matter how hard she tries, it seems like some are succumbing to her lair's location's influence.

She has a few children of her own, though they've all moved on. Devishtari now clings to her companion comet, a surrogate for eggs she wishes she could have. She sees her leadership in keeping the clan more important currently, and until she has a second in command that will not change.
