The ex-leader or the brisa & ceifa, and catalyst for the great race- Tuuli was the clan matriarch and founder, overseeing a bustling false republic. Ruling with an iron fist in a velvet glove, she received the broad respect of clan members and the cooperation of a loyal cabinet; thwarted only by the untameable ambitions of recent additions to clan ranks.

A victim of her own overambitious expansionist strategy, her assassination & consequent desecration of her corpse in the heart of ceifa territory sparked the political overhaul which facilitated the unusual & violent race spanning sornieth's north for the autocracy promised to the victor. Some lealista partake in the race, a few out of lack of a better option, but others for the memory of the leader they so dearly loved & respected and the opportunity to return the clan she crafted to its rightful state.
