B I O G R A P H Y

Pride goeth before the fall...

______ Once upon a time Ebene was a diligent soldier of the Lightweaver, all too eager to march into combat in pursuit of dominance for her clan. Her overzealousness and pride would nearly cost her her life during an attack on the Plaguebringer's domain when Ebene was inflicted with rot and struck down. While she fled to prevent her enemies from finishing her off, she had only just managed to make it to the borders of the Arcanist's domain before she collapsed on the brink of death. It was the timely arrival of a former shadowflight dragon and the kindness of an arcane clan that saved her life, her front limb removed to prevent the plague rot from reaching her internal organs.

______ While she longed to return to the Lightweaver, Ebene knew her usefulness in combat was all but gone due to her missing limb. So reluctantly she chose to stay with the arcane clan, adopting it as her own alongside the shadowflight dragon Keeper. With time she would warm to them. And while she would never regain her zeal for active combat, she valiantly defends the clan as a guardian when needed. Even though she is no longer a soldier, she seeks to prove herself useful in any way possible, whether it be hunting or fighting threats to the clan's safety.
