Although Pamola seems young, the dragons of The Chapter of the Third Eye know better. Pamola is not so young as he appears and although he is by no means the oldest amongst the clan, his thirst for knowledge and power means he is on par with many who are far older than him. There are myths and legends amongst other clans about Pamola, which he eagerly spreads. The legends tell of a tiny fae with an insatiable hunger for meat and power. The other members of the Chapter are unsure of what to believe, for instance, whether he did in fact try to eat a ridgeback alive or not.

Whichever the case, it is a good thing faes are born small, if Pamola was any larger he would be a serious threat to almost all dragons. As it is, the Guardians and other larger and more powerful dragons, like Leviathan, are able to keep Pamola in check.

The Chapter are happy to keep Pamola amongst their ranks as he has obtained strange knowledge from deep within snow squalled valleys and forests. How he came about this knowledge is unknown. But what is known is that this member of the Chapter is as thirsty for power and blood as a thirsty dragon is for water.
