Trish arrived at Acadia many years ago, fresh out of indentured servitude to a clan in the upper echelons of Lanternlea Port. She spent the bulk of her adult life there, as a personal servant to the head of the family. It wasn't terrible, all things considered - but indentured servitude is really just a fancy euphemism for slavery, and there's no escaping that reality. She'd long since accepted that she'd live the rest of her life as a servant - until she stumbled upon a Runner hideout in the midst of running her errands. The rest, as they say, is history.

Some of her past still follows her, even now; Trish has a taste for the finer things in life, and is generally uptight and snooty even at the best of times. A servant to nobility is still surrounded by the trappings of such, after all, regardless of their own status, and nobility demands a certain poise to their servants. Still, she's come a long way - and it's most evident with her current self-determined job of farming insects. Not bad for the girl who wouldn't touch dirt a decade ago.

• Trish's familiar is from before she'd ever left Lanternlea; she found him in one of her master's rooms and immediately took a liking to him. For most of Gogo's life, he's been hidden in the folds of Trish's clothing.
