An orphan born with a chip on her shoulder and who had nothing to lose. A bright spirit who instinctually sought out the company of dragon-kind and somehow managed to lead them away from their homes and into the promising future. A clever mind filled with good intentions and the innate inability to say "That sounds impossible." Tocks Per Hedera is the singular founding member of the clan and even though she's now taken the position of healer, she still feels an incredible attachment to her clanmates and the concept she cultivated.

Tocks is no leader. She loves others and enjoys chasing her dreams but she's not a dragon that feels good being relied on. She offers up her best intentions but she's eternally led by the heart, always willing to see to the future, never backing down. She makes for a bright revolutionary but she is the hype-man but not the brains behind the operation.

Luckily she doesn't have to be in front of a crowd to feel useful. She just wants others to be happy, and her every-growing encyclopedic knowledge of medicinal herbs comes in pretty handy around a clan full of big bellyachers. She's happy to tend to anyone, even the most torn up dragon, even the dying, and does her best to bring them calmness and comfort in their time of need. She cares endlessly about those around her, and will not let that be forgotten.
