Biography
No one really knows how Misery, Despair, and Carnage came to exist or came to become part of the clan. KucKuc herself brought them into the clan one day without any explanation, and no one has been bold enough to question them or their matriarch about the matter. Rhea, the clan's spirit guide, is the only one that seems unafraid of the sinister trio, but even she treats them with the same degree of respect as she would KucKuc herself. Nadiya once asked Rhea if she knew anything about them, but Rhea said she knew nothing concrete. She merely had the sense that their bodies contained more power than was physically possible for any mortal dragon, and they gave her the sense that they were not from this world. Any dragon who encountered them would instantly agree with Rhea's assessment; Karobi even went so far as to suggest that they were a trio of immortal Death gods, trapped in mortal bodies by some ancient magic as punishment for an equally ancient crime.
Regardless of their true identity, Misery, Despair, and Carnage are rarely seen separated from one another and even more rarely interact with other dragons outside of their trio. If they stay idle for too long, they acquire a noticeable and downright terrifying gleam in their eyes for a day or two, and then abruptly leave the clan. No one knows where they go or what they do for the several days or weeks that they are gone, but when the three return to the clan's territory, that sinister gleam seems to have faded away...
No one has ever challenged any of the three for rank, and to be honest, no one really sees them as clan members, more like clan associates.
