Uh-oh, looks like this pallid guardian wandered a little too far from her lair (69980, TalaShrrg), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here.

When she arrived in the lair of Scarlett (51631), the dragon that only wanted adventure was shocked to find that this lair was full of it! Each dragon seemed to be busy dealing with their own troubles and trials, and she offered, well, Hope to the war that they were fighting by offering her knowledge of healing and helping them get back on their feet. The leader of the clan, Oblivion, bid her a kind farewell as she decided to take her leave, in search of a more peaceful place to make her home.

Hope ended up spending more time than expected along the sea shore by Katara's lair (ScaryDeer 67325). Here, she honed her healing abilities and traded techniques and cures with the lair's resident healer, Kamina. However, as the lair expands, the residents move further and further out to sea, building floating structures as they go. Perhaps there's some dryer, less damp adventure elsewhere.

Hope wasn't planning on making a stop in the Frigid Floes as she passed through. It was Pearl who had stopped her travels that time, the young Coatl hatchling had spotted the bigger dragon when she was out playing and had found herself interested in the large lady. Hope found the hatchling to be a little darling, and she couldn't resist to play a few games with the young girl, but after playing Pearl insisted on having her come back to the lair, and thus Hope decided it truly couldn't hurt to stay for a while. Hope played with Pearl every day for the time she spent in Croak (104963)'s lair, and she got to see the darling little hatchling turn into a young lady and find love of her own. Hope also had found love during her stay, and had a child with Duke. As much as Hope adored being around for Pearl and Duke, she knew there would always be an empty spot in her heart the two could not fill, and thus she departs from the lair after a heartfelt farewell to friend, lover and child.

After a few days of flying she came into the Shifting Expanse, weary from her flight over the ocean she collapsed the moment she landed and feel into a deep sleep. When she came to she found herself surrounded by a group of dragons, she soon learned that she had landed in the middle of a clan's territory, she quickly apologized for her folly and asked if she could be permitted to stay for a while until she was well enough, the clan matriarch agreed and took her to the lair of Shadowrunner (107179), which was where these dragons had come from. As stayed there she caught the eye of one of the guards of the clan called Noble, this dragon then began courting her, his gifts to her ranged from metal and pieces of wire, to prey he had caught. After a while she began to reciprocate the other dragon's advances, hoping that maybe this dragon was the one. After a while of the two courting each other they both decided it was time to have a nest, they had two beautiful babies. Though after the nest hatched she felt the urge to wander overtook her urge to stay and watch her children grow, so with a heartfelt farewell to Noble she took of again.

Hope visited a couple lairs briefly, and then found herself in the Twisting Crecendo with the lair of Raptorix (56441) just in time for the Crystaline Gala. She joined the Wind lair in celebration of the Ice Holiday, as well as assisted in the lair's preparations for a significant dominance push the following week. Hope was asked to pitch in by nesting for the clan. She successfully produced three offspring that were destined to serve Windsinger. It broke her heart a little, but at least these children would eternally frolic in Windsinger's glory.

Hope was warmly welcomed into Lanturn's lair. The older dragons said she reminded them of another Guardian who had once resided there, Spirit. She'd been a fierce warrior and protector of the clan. The clan members took the arrival of Hope as a good sign of things to come and let her stay for as long as she wanted.
