Containment measures -
Subject 001-2 must put in a two week notice or have explicit permission by the acting sight director to leave the Vigilator Nord facilities. Due to Subject 001-2's abilities, Subject 001-2 has been assigned the role of containment guard in the sentient and aggressive division. No other Containment measures are in effect

Description -
Subject 001-2 is a ridgeback female of Wind origins, with a length of 17.29 Meters and a wingspan of 15.7 meters and a weight of 6820 kilograms. Subject 56 prefers the Name Kaiser, but also responds to officer.

Subject 001-2 has the ability to produce and control the precise movement of electron flow. This allows Subject 001-2 to create and manipulate solid plasma.


Recovery - Subject 001-2 was admitted to Vigilator Nord after saiere blunt force trauma to the torso and heavy internal bleeding. after examination, it was determined that the only course of action that could possible save 001-2 was exposure to AM-001. Before AM-001 was administered to subject 001-2, subject 001-2's heart went into cardiac arrest. Substantial electric shock was used to restart 001-2's heart, upon which 001-2 was administered. AM-001 ran it's process on 001-2. It took several days for the process to complete. During during the final day of the process it was observed that metallic growths with a rubbery constancy previously not present on Subject 001-2. Located on the upper cranium, arms and legs, the growths were subsequently determined to be the primary source of subject 001-2's abilities. Subject 001-2 wakes, as subject 001-2 awakes a massive electrical surge registers from the medical wing. Site computers recognize the the oncoming Electro-Magnetic Pulse and locks down the facility and shuts off. Readings from the Lightning harvesters in the thunderhead Savannah register a 10 KW surge in harvesters in a wave from the northern part of the region to the south.

Vigilator Nord experience a large amount of damage to any electrical systems still on during the blast. The main operating system was only partially functional when trying to reboot. It was unable to access facility lock down procedures. Backup systems were successfully started providing light and ventilation to the facility, however it took close to a day to reactivate the quarantine door controls. After the quarantine doors were opened and the facility was temporarily evacuated. The quarantine door sealing subject 001-2's room was discovered to have not opened, a rescue party made several unsuccessful attempts to open the door before a plasma torch was acquired and the door was cut out of the frame. Upon recovery Subject 001-2 was malnourished and dehydrated. The room where Subject 001-2 was recovered from sustained extreme damage. The reason the quarantine door would not open was that the door mechanism had completely melted. The room was refurbished and is still in service with the facility.
