Aluminium

Aluminium joined clan Nehara as a soldier, alongside his companion Rozsada. They were pair-bonded and determined to aid in the clan's protection as they traveled side by side. While Aluminium was always shy, he began to open up more as he became more comfortable with the clan. Rozsada was much more outgoing, and often smoothed the way for them.

They had several children along the way, though most chose to leave in service to various deities, as is so often the case. Of those they had, four chose to stay, and the two devoted much of their free time to teaching their children the ways of smoothing memories into their pearls, as well as the songs and stories of their family's ancestors.

During an attack by the shade on the clan, however, Aluminium was gravely wounded, and Rozsada decided to take the fight to the Shade more directly by joining the Windsinger's efforts to drive the creatures back. She bid Aluminium remain, and heal; he required prosthetic replacements to heal, and she worried if he continued to fight, he might end up worse than injured. He agreed, and they parted ways amicably, though he misses her dearly, even now.

A rare song will take hold of him on cloudy days, when he fondly remembers the finest moments of his life. He does his best to take care of his children, and of himself. His pearl, though, is cracked and scarred, and some things he doesn't remember anymore.
