Some dragons feared the great creature that patrols the waters around the isles, but Jeriah knew his creation would never bring harm to residents or visitors. LEORA was built and brought to life with Lightning magic by the engineer, a feat most would call his greatest.

Her wings, crown and anklets absorb sunlight, using it and the pressure created between her joints to power the system, allowing deep sea exploration in a protected shell for use in even the trenches light would not reach. Her thick metal hide insulates the researchers within from the icy temperatures and crushing water, while her body was built for easy swimming and combat beneath the waves. Some dragons question the necessity of the intellect Jeriah gave his creation, but he justifies it with the hope that one day the ship can take its self to the bottom of the sea and bring back data.

LEORA in the meantime spends most of her free time cruising around the temperate waters and cataloging fish and sea life, a task she finds endlessly exciting. Shes scared her fair share of touring dragons by bringing them great threshers and toxic-spiked fish while excitedly telling them about its deadly qualities and mating habits. Jeriah has taken to having signs explaining the creature posted around the main village.
