Hirohito

Born to wealthier parents he became immediately neglected as they remained oblivious to stimulation and attention that a child actually needed when growing up in those key development stages. Pining for his parents attention, Hirohito turned to acting out, as richer kids tend to do when it comes to garnering the one thing that money cannot get them. It started off simpler, just stealing small napsack things from local stores that his parents frequented and would therefore speak with the owner commonly enough to be tattled on personally. The reprimand for these actions became subdued though when his parents grew tired of scolding their child for such small crimes, when they could simply deposit money into the store owners' account to instantaneously fix their child's wrong doings. The next step to attention was unfortunate and far more than Hirohito ever bargained for it to actually go. Resorting to things far worse and beyond petty theft, and once it went far enough the attention was completely cut off. Hirohito's parents decided they no longer had a child, disowning him and burning his birth certificate. Only keeping his pictures to act as if he died when brought up to those who remembered his face. And while under His care, Hiro would have been better off dead. Subjected to and injected with many things that stripped him of his human rights, perfectly groomed for His and His "friends" needs. Hirohito was barely allowed outside, and soon forgot what grass felt like under his feet. Let alone what anything else outside was like. He soon discovered that none of this was worth it, and the rare times that he was of his own state of mind had to deal with the depressing realizations of what it had gotten him.

As fate would have it, after years of this abuse and almost having it normalized into his head, Hirohito would meet Tsissa, a rambunctious yakuza leader wannabe, who's intentions were to make some deals with Him in order to get himself up off the ground. He didn't quite succeed in getting all the things he wanted from the black market master, but he did manage to help Hirohito out of his dying situation. Striking fear into Him on the way out.
Hirohito became close with Tsissa, and remains close to him to this day. Helping Tsissa build up the large gang that Tsissa now resides over and serving from distances away to avoid the temptation.

Hirohito now spends his time practicing with his encryption magic, enchanting tattoos and carving small and intricate designs into dragon's horns or scales. He can also pierce anything for you, but that's less to do with magic and more to do with bravery.
