Nocte's existence is a source of continued debate. Some dragons swear up and down that they've seen a pair of glowing eyes and deftly snatching claws in the dark, while others regard tales of her thievery as silly excuses for absentmindedness. Surely, if such a dragon were to exist in the Scarred Wasteland, they'd leave some evidence of their habitation.

But on dark nights, where the moon is new and the winds blow strong, keepsakes do tend to go missing...
