Leaving her homeland was tough, since the Skydancer wanted to stay in the territory of her royal ancestors and build up her clan again, but she knew that she couldn't do it alone. Her siblings and cousins had no interest in restoring their clan, instead choosing to focus on their lives in the present and warning her that their clan fell apart for a reason. Irelia stubbornly ignored them, gathering her things to begin searching for her relatives, hooked on the past. She changed her demeanor as well, deciding that because of who she was descended from, she had every right to act like the Queen she knew she was. However, it was difficult for her to get the attention and recognition she craved and thought she deserved, as many others hardly believed her tales of her royal family and simply wrote her off as a young, naive traveler. Irelia couldn't wait to prove all of them wrong. Eventually, her search led her to the Viridian Labyrinth after having no such luck finding any of her extended family in the Light and Shadow territories. Irelia was honestly quite tired from her taxing adventures, and searched the forests for a resting place. She managed to stumble upon a clan full of dragons, and was quite surprised to find a warm welcome awaiting her. She was met by a bubbly green Wildclaw named Sylvi, who happily offered the weary Skydancer any help she could. Irelia learned that she had found the Gleaming Lotus Glen and was given a place to rest for the night. She was offered food and drink, and explained her reason for wandering the Nature territory. Sylvi was happy to let her stay as long as she wished, and Irelia took advantage of their kindness and rested up in the Glen for several days, her eyes never wavering from her original goal. |

During her stay, she came across a very rich-looking Coatl. She immediately noticed how he regarded himself and others around him along with his unique companion; a Golden Kitsune, said to only accompany the richest of dragons. Irelia wasted no time in cornering him and asking him who he was. His name was Dawnstar, and when she questioned him about his Familiar he grew defensive and avoided the question. Despite his suspicious behavior, Irelia questioned him on her family and its origins, wondering if he knew others from her heritage. Surprisingly, Dawnstar did know some things about her family history, though not by much, and claimed that he might know someone who knew much more and had all the answers she was so desperately seeking out. Irelia stuck close to Dawnstar from that point on, having gotten her hopes up and holding him to his word. Irelia also came across another dragon, a golden Skydancer whom she became quick enemies with. Irelia had some expensive items with her from her family, which ended up missing after she and the other Skydancer crossed paths. Furious, Irelia confronted the gold colored dragon, who chuckled and casually presented her items to her. She had been pick-pocketed! She learned the dragon was called Chryso, and that he was a tricky merchant hanging around the Guild. Irelia deemed him untrustworthy from the start, and thankfully Dawnstar was able to prevent her from taking her anger out on him, though she did get in a few choice words that he seemed to ignore. She hated Chryso's carefree attitude and his laziness, and she especially hated his tricks of forgery and thieving. She and him would forever be enemies, she knew in her mind.
