Biography
A small nocturne was found the other day, a shivering little fella left out in the cold to be found laying in an eggshell-- but where were his parents? Who's child was this? Despite the lingering questions, the little guy was taken in, after all, who could stand to leave the little guy out there?
Looking back, you wish you'd never brought him into your clan. Ever since he's been around nothing seems to be going right, dragons have gotten sick, hunting hasn't gone well, and everyone seems more frustrated than usual. At first you'd never linked the connection between bringing the orphan into your clan and all of the bad luck going on lately, but ever since someone mentioned it jokingly, you've been convinced.
Something's wrong with that little nocturne, and you can't help but grow uneasy around him. You've watched him before, watching him stare at absolutely nothing for extended periods of time, watching him quietly murmur things to himself, catching him with such sinister expressions across his face for only a flash before he's all but innocent again. There's something, dare you say it, evil in those fiery eyes of his-- and you're afraid he knows that you're suspicious.
He's been watching you just as you've been watching him, and you can't help but feel threatened. Sure, you helped him, you were the one who extended a hand to him but despite that, you feel he doesn't care. Maybe he knows you're considering getting rid of him, or maybe he knows you're the only one who truly suspects something, either way you feel more anxious with every passing day.
Maybe you should tell someone, just in case something does happen? Yeah, you'll tell someone before it's all too late---
. . .
It was too late.
