"That time of year again?? So Soon?? My my..." Ospen says to herself as she hunches up the massive sackful of gifts over her shoulder. "Sure hope those Imp-ELF-rials got this correct.. I don;t fancy doing Re-Deliveries in this chill". Stopping at your Lair entrance, she rummages in her pocket for a small tin whistle. She coils he slender talons around the instrument and, in order to grasp someones attention, she plays out a single long note as she then sings:

I wish you a merry christmas, I wish you a merry christmas,
I wish you a merry christmas, So come get your Crap!

Well.. Lets just say that Singing... and Rhyming.. Is not Ospens strongest suit.
She stands awaiting your appearance, Where at here feet, Gifts surround her in many shapes and Sizes.. and Yes! They are all for you!
She beckons to you to come over.
