Wither believes firmly in the duality of creation and decay, and the power of death as an agent of healing. Their lair is full of all manner of things dying and dead, punctuated only by a few herbs and their elusive familiar. Unconventional or not, they make a great doctor.

Shrike glanced nervously at the dim cavern around him, thinking about how it looked far more like a toxic jungle than a healer's den. The only light was a soft glow from a few concoctions tucked into the crumbling walls, and a small orb of magic the healer themself had conjured. They stared expectantly, but said nothing.

"I was trying to cook a Snipper dish, but one of them got me pretty bad," he offered, holding out his arm. Wither took it in their spindly fingers and inspected the gash. "Kiri told me it was more your area of--AAAAGH!"

A searing pain crawled up his arm, worse than anything he'd felt before. As his vision went dark, a sense of dread overwhelmed him. Surely this was the end, Wither was going to kill him and use his bones to line their walls, or his scales for a concoction, or something worse.

But, as abruptly as it started, the pain stopped. Wither let go of his arm, and to his surprise it was entirely healed. All that remained was a faint scar. "All better. Be careful," the Fae whispered, and slunk back into the shadows of the cave. Maybe all the horror stories about their healing were just stories, but Shrike wasn't about to test his luck, and scurried out on his fixed limb.
