Athame

- lives on top of the rocky ridge; his den is constantly buffeted by winds and gets the brunt of all storms, but he doesn't mind much
- even his summer coat is very thick; he can't comfortably live in warm places or even places slightly above temperate climates (subsequently not a good flyer)
- spends most of his time outside at night so he doesn't overheat
- a little inexplicable...has been known to do odd things such as gnawing on pine branches (bristles first, while attached to the tree...) or rolling around in mud pools with no reason for doing so
- doesn't remember, but he got into a fight with his mate in his original clan about her infidelity and it tore the clan apart; fled to here and forgot all about it, as tundras do
- only people he trusts are allowed in his burrow; most don't know where he lives, and some have never met him at all
- wishes that he had a mate, but he's pretty shy (if only he knew...)
- does not fight and does not wish to
- a very mysterious figure to the majority of the clan; doesn't have many friends, and both he and Tephra forget how they met (and each other, sometimes)
