Reverence and Relic’s first stolen egg, Liminal was pampered from birth, watching her adopted mother manipulate the world around them, watching the world bend itself to her mother's will. Though she was Plague aligned, she always watched the way the elegant librarian toyed with reality, learning what she could and basking in her mother's pride when Liminal tried to follow in her footsteps.

The strange mixture of Light and Plague left her with many strange abilities; she has prophetic visions, one of which - when she was about twelve - led her adopted parents to commiting their second act of kidnapping and the massacre of Riverbend. She wasn't impressed with her new little brother, though she has carefully protected him, understanding the vital part he has to play in her mother's future...

But there's still more to the Wildclaw than meets the eye. She may be young, but at the same time she is very old: she is the Priestess of Between Spaces. Gods with no name walk in her skin, and it is she (using Their powers) who bound the mighty Emperor in the depths - and she who will use her brother’s blood to let it walk again.

She spends half her time as an overbearing sister, obeying Reverence’s every order and chasing off Sol's friends, and half her time as an Eldritch Something Else that walks the night, something to which the darker denizens of the Hewn City leave bloody offerings...

Liminal is most comfortable in spaces between spaces - the merging of plague and light, she's happiest on the boarders of the Hewn City, where she's made a name - and a temple - for herself.
