"we've got a lot of lightning dragons here and they like to do weird things with the bamboo. Marble's kind of like their leader. Thanks to him we've got a very complex plumbing system, a catapult for some reason and a lot of traps. Our hunters are really lazy. Anyway, Marble came to Wind because he's waaay too laidback for Lightning. We're all pretty sure he got fired, but he neither denies or confirms it."
