Hekka collects items that have been lost. She doesn't know why she yearns to collect these items, but whenever she comes across something that has been lost, she can see its story. The sentiments and memories held within them. Burning anger. Gentle sadness. Fragile hope. Items that have been worn by grubby claws and history. Gazing at these items fills her with something. They make her feel less hollow, if only for a moment.

So she takes these items into her gilded claws, and piles them ontop of countless others. The untended vines and weeds of her lair latch onto them, and the memories the items hold are slowly absorbed until they too are only husks of their former selves.

Hekka is rarely seen by other dragons, but she's described to have a powerful aura. Powerful, electric, yet frayed at the edges. Broken, in some strange way. Some believe her to be a forgotten deity, a lost god. Others swear they've seen shrines carved in her name, dilapidated as they may be. The light from her halo is blinding to the eye, and the vines coiling around her body are vibrant and glistening. They writhe and wind as if searching for something. It's said that if a dragon stares at Hekka too long, her shadowy form seems to shift, as if she's not quite there. She becomes one with the shadows, fading in and out just as they do when the sun strikes them.

Given the chance, Hekka will try to help someone find what they've lost. Whether it's an item, or something more. Hekka wishes no one to feel as lost as she does.

And perhaps, one day, she'll find what she's lost.
