Lothren
Sindarin Elvish name meaning "wild".
Warrior Born to a clan at the edge of the Windswept Plateau, Lothren was a mischievous, though rather solitary, hatchling. Shortly after reaching adulthood, his closest friend was killed in a hunting mishap. Devastated by this loss, Lothren left his clan, wandering aimlessly, training himself and honing his battle skills. Eventually, his wanderings led him to the edge of the Crystalspine Reaches, where he encountered a small hunting party, whom he spontaneously teamed up with, later returning with them to their lair. Although he originally intended to stay only a few days at most, those days turned into weeks and then into months. He quickly became fond of the dragons of the clan, particularly Minya, who became his mate. Upon departing with Minya, Lothren began wandering into unfamiliar territory, as he had done when he was younger. He eventually found himself at the edge of the Shrieking Wilds, where he found, a sleek, black, gorgeous skydancer preening herself among the trees. This younger skydancer, known as Ravenna, intrigued Lothren immediately. Ravenna carefully led him to the heart of the Shrieking Wilds, where she and a large clan of dragons made their home. Training with the other warriors of the clan, Lothren has become one of the clan's best fighters, although he is oftentimes overprotective of those closest to him. Lothren and Ravenna have since grown attached to each other. Ravenna is uninterested in combat, but Lothren protects her fiercely. He hopes that he can convince Ravenna to train with him and stay by her side as much as possible, even in battle.
