'A poor creature, trapped in a shed of skin it never ought to get out of.'

Maluri, a living statue that crawled helplessly out of his stone-casted egg with little to no life at all in his stale movements. Little is known about how this poor being came to be, except the fact it was bought from a traveling stranger in a black cloak. The stranger had told them of it's strange origins, being found on a pedestal in a cave. The cave had collapsed as soon as the egg was collected, but the stranger managed to live the cave-in. He had tried to hatch the egg regularly through the means of incubation, however, no method worked. Years passed after it was bought. Until one day, when the moon was full, it hatched, only to see a lifeless being weakly fall out from within. No one has been able to reveal the truth behind the statue Nocturne, but rumor says it was accidentally cursed by scientist whose experiment failed... the Arcanist?...

Who knows.
